Managing Your Subscription

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Complete checkout via Stripe
  5. New features are available immediately

Downgrading

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. Features from the higher plan remain accessible until the period ends.

  1. Go to Settings → Organization → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select the lower plan
  4. Confirm — the effective date is shown before you confirm

Cancelling

Contact support or use the billing portal to cancel. Your organization retains access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Payment

ops0 uses Stripe for payment processing. Accepted methods:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • ACH bank transfers (US accounts, Business/Enterprise plans)
  • Wire transfer (Enterprise plans)

Invoices

Invoices are issued monthly and emailed to the billing contact on the organization. You can download past invoices from the Stripe billing portal.

  • Annual billing with a 10% discount
  • Custom payment terms (net-30, wire)

Troubleshooting

AI features stopped working mid-month
Your organization may have reached its usage limit. Go to Settings → Organization → Billing to check your plan. Upgrade your plan or contact support for assistance.
Feature not available after upgrading
Plan changes take effect immediately for upgrades. If a feature is still locked, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, contact support — it may require a cache invalidation on your session.
Payment failed
Update your payment method in the Stripe billing portal via Settings → Organization → Billing → Manage Payment. Your organization will have a grace period before features are suspended.
